User Content Submission & Usage Terms

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

By submitting your content to St.GABRIEL's Pharmaceuticals, LLC (“St.GABRIEL's”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) or agreeing to share your content upon request, you grant St.GABRIEL's permission to use your submissions (“User Content”) under the terms below.

1. Grant of Rights

You provide St.GABRIEL's and its affiliates, partners, and service providers with a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works of, and display your User Content in any media. This includes but is not limited to:

• St.GABRIEL's websites and mobile platforms
• Social media channels and digital marketing
• Email newsletters, print, and in-store displays
• Third-party partner and retailer platforms
• Television, video, and other broadcast media

2. Representations and Warranties

By providing User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights in the content or have obtained all necessary permissions.
• All individuals appearing in the content have consented to such use.
• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Your content reflects your honest opinion and experience with St.GABRIEL's products.
• You will disclose any incentives or free products received in connection with providing the content.

3. Release and Indemnification

You agree to release and hold harmless St.GABRIEL's and any parties acting on its behalf from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your User Content or its use as described above.

4. Collection and Use of Personal Information

Any personal information provided with User Content may be collected, stored, and used by St.GABRIEL's for the purposes described above. Your information may be processed, transferred, or accessed worldwide, including by trusted affiliates and service providers.

By submitting content, you consent to St.GABRIEL's collection, use, disclosure, and processing of personal information in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable data protection laws.

5. Modifications and Termination

St.GABRIEL's reserves the right to modify, adapt, or remove User Content at our discretion. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued submission of content constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
